Located in Downtown Disney, the House of Blues is a nice addition to "The Happiest Place on Earth." I came here recently to watch four different bands play cover songs from the 90's and had a great time. The venue is spacious as there's two floors for patrons to enjoy the performances. The bartenders are also friendly and there are some cool happy hour specials for patrons to enjoy in the evening. Overall a great place for adults.

GOSPEL BRUNCH on select Sundays is deadly. It is so good, so friendly, and all your can eat! Then, you get to hear such inspirational words from the Rev. As a Buddhist who has never been to church, I still find it so motivational.

House of Blues is definitely my favorite spot for Sunday in Downtown Disney.

Tried eating here as my one time eating at Downtown Disneyland - basically going to Disneyland without paying the admission I suppose is the goal...but the food here is very mediocre and since it's part of Disney, it means it's pricey...and loud. Just couldn't enjoy it here.

Great place to see a show. Small intimate venue. It doesn't have the same history as the HOB on Sunset in Los Angeles or the one in NOLA in the French Quarter, but its still a classic venue to see a good act. Only downside is that its in Downtown Disney which is a bit of a corporate nightmare.

have been here a number of times for drinks, a concert, and food (one time).

The drinks were great, but I was on expense account. So not sure how much they were. Had a great time.

Concert - most memorable was BB King. Excellent venue.

Food - meh, it is HOB ... but I know how to order more healthy stuff on the menu.

Came here after a day at Disneyland. Food was flavorful; some a little salty. Overall good dishes though as the menu has been updated by a food network chef. We had sliders, tacos, lobster mac and cheese, and shrimp appetizer. Pictured: shrimp appetizer with corn bread (I forgot the official name of it.)

Das boot! Das boot!

I have been waiting forever to say that. Year after year I always find some lame excuse to miss Oktoberfest. I almost missed out again. Originally the plan was to go to Old World in Huntington Beach but a fluke food poisoning accident put me on the sidelines. After seeing an event posting for House of Blues Oktoberfest, count me in!

The entire event was outdoors and normally I'm not a big fan especially when it rained a little in the morning but can you say no to Bratwurst and German beer? NINE! I meant "no" but my German isn't great. I convinced myself outdoor events are still fun and I liked downtown Disney after the Elite event a month ago. Plus I'm always a fan of free parking. I ordered the all beef footlong and it was delicious. That's what she said. The sad thing is I didn't notice the Bratwurst at first so that was next. Both Wieners were grilled perfectly. That's what she said? It was one of the best I've ever had. Not bad for about for around 5 bucks.

The atmosphere was okay. I drank a lot of beer and was with good company. There was polka music being played and this place was neither a Beerfeast nor BOOBfest, but hey this is Disneyland and I'm still an Oktoberfest rookie. Although one server was very fine, I don't know the German word so post it in a comment to me. Service was friendly and attentive.

I've never eaten here, so this review is for the music venue only. GA tickets are standing room only. There are a few VIP seats upstairs but for an intimate setting like the H.O.B., it's far better to be downstairs in the crowd inches away from the band. The parking at Downtown Disney is free if you attended the concert. They say that you need to validate your parking, but the hand bands that are handed out are sufficient & the concert ticket are proof enough. I've never had a problem with this because the parking attendants stop charging for parking after 10 p.m.

Gospel Brunch

I have to say... this was AWESOME. I had won a raffle and got tickets for their Gospel Brunch and I brought my buddy Andre N.

FOOD:
All you can eat... and it was all breakfast foods. It was delicious! I kept eating and eating. Screw the diet... but here are the awesomeness:
* Eggs
* Bacon
* Mash potatoes
* Sweet yams
* Ham
* Ribeye (I didnt eat it but my friend did)
* Turkey mmm
* Omelet
* Fried chicken (no stereotyping please)
* Salad
* Waffles (yes... I mixed it with the fried chicken... heck yeah!)

DRINKS:
Orange Juice and COFFEEEEE!

PERFORMANCE:
It was an amazing performance. Their voices and energy was really addicting. They got everyone up on their feet. They made sure people danced and I was on my feet dancing! It was really such an inspirational performance. Their voices were so powerful and so full of life.
I'm not even a hardcore religious person, but I was moved by this spiritually. Really awesome performance. I felt moved. :D

It's contemporary soul. Not the old school stuff. Very motown and it was pretty good. They did sing "We are Family"... really good.

Their voices are powerhouses!

PARKING: Pay $15 -_- in Downtown Disney

SEATING:
Pretty tight but you get by.

OVERALL:
Great performance and meal.

Located in Downtown Disney, this House of Blues is not unlike the others in the chain. It has the usual decor and gospel brunches. Not a lot of huge acts play here, mostly small to medium fame.
