All visitors after 22:00 will be considered as hotel guests and should pay room fee. - the hotel offers free shuttle services from Siziwan Metro Station to the hotel between 8:00 and 16:00. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property 1 day in advance if they wish to make use of this service. This can be noted under "Special Requests" during booking or by contacting the hotel/property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. - 1 child 3 years and younger can stay in an existing bed free of charge. At Watermark Hotel, we are very conscious of our responsibilities toward climate change and environmental sustainability. We acknowledge and respect the regulations our governments have made to create a sustainable future, and we are proud to support this great cause. From the 1st of February 2023 onwards, the hotel will not actively provide disposable amenities (Including - combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, slippers and shower caps); however, if needed, guests are more than welcome to purchase any of our staff for these items.
