Beautiful views on the top floor, ideal for families and very strategic

We were comfortable since we had a separate bedroom, terrace (in the living room and in the bedroom) and a full kitchen. We asked for a broom and dustpan and they quickly provided them to us, along with a mop and bucket.
By the sink they left a little bag as a nice touch with what was needed for washing, dishwasher use, and laundry. There were two coffee makers, a toaster, and kitchenware. The kitchen table was a bit small and narrow for four people to sit at once.
The views were very good because we were on the 9th floor and on the side of the old town landscape, with its imposing churches and cathedrals. The room had a closet with a safe and an en-suite bathroom with everything except a bidet. There was soap and shampoo, a hair dryer, toilet paper, and the toilet had a small shower for cleaning. The beds were large: in the double bed we fit an adult, a large teenager, and a child. The sofa bed was of similar dimensions. The beds were very comfortable with very soft bedspreads.
The apartment was clean and very quiet and was air-conditioned (we asked for help to operate the device because at first we were hot). The digital key and being able to share it was very convenient. The app was too. The parking spaces were spacious. With a direct elevator to the apartments. There was sometimes staff at the counter and they had a map. In the email they provided an online tourist guide.
The avenue where the apartments are located is very wide and is one of the main ones, so it has all kinds of shops and pastry shops (we really liked Bertiz, which has several locations in Vitoria). They are very close to the old town and a 20-minute walk from the residential mansion area where the Museum of Fine Arts, the Armory Museum, Ajuria Enea, etc., are located. Very good location.
To nitpick: I missed having more amenities and games or some books or toys for families with children. Or a designated game room.

Perfect accommodation for the Basque Country

Clean apartment and full of everything necessary. The parking is a plus. A very convenient market next door. Recommended

Great overall experience.

A great central location with a small convenience store nearby for day to day essentials. Clean spacious rooms with great amenities that make your stay that much more comfortable and homely. Great value for money as compared to a hotel vs having a full apartment. Apartment is fairly soundproof compared to other similar accommodations in the area. Staff are very friendly and try to accommodate you as best they can. I would recommend if you are planning on adding a second guest to your apartment that you do so in your initial booking as it is a nightmare to do so after your initial booking is confirmed. The access to the building and apartment is fully autonomous which is a first for me but highly efficient with the Libere app. Should you need any assistance i highly recommend making use of the Whatsapp number listed on the app, should you need assistance.
