Blissful stay with fine dining and warm friendly staff so willing to help
Our stay was really perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind and professional and the meals were exceptionally high-quality. We did a cooking class and learnt how to make Moroccan Tajine. The cook taught us expertly how to use spices and Moroccan cooking techniques. The swimming pool was an oasis of calm, the rooms were clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The guide we had for the city tour was very well informed and extremely friendly. All in all we had a wonderful time and on our last day booked a return visit for April next year! We feel that we will be going back to friends not just staff in this wonderful establishment.

The welcome was good. The reception staff were very helpful. the room furnishings were old. There was a smell in the entrance of our room. the kitchen sink was looked dirty. the glasses were very high up in the kitchen. many mosquitos in the room. there were no mosquitos nets in the rooms. breakfast and dinner were just okay, lack of variety and flavors.

Fairytale location in Marrakech
I was a guest of the structure for 4 nights; beautiful and well-kept location, with two swimming pools, one outdoor and one indoor. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included in the price, plentiful and with many local products. Themed dinners and, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, live music. The only drawback, the distance from the Medina, mitigated by the presence of a shuttle that twice a day transported customers to and from the Medina, I highly recommend. I will return

Great resort - always back
I loved the shuttles to Marrakech and the shuttle service from the airport. It all worked out great. The staff is very service oriented and always friendly. We celebrated a birthday and were even presented with a cake with serenades. The resort is spacious and otherwise very well equipped with indoor and outdoor pools, fitness area and restaurant.
