Great location in downtown right next to the bus terminal. Comfy bed, nice room, great shower.

We enjoyed being right in the middle of downtown tulum. Staff was very nice. Roon was plain but clean. In walking distance to all restaurants short 29 min ride to beaches

Right next to a night club no sleep!
The receptionist is very rude! She told me to lower my voice several times she said people are trying to sleep. There is a night club next door and it’s so loud it’s impossible to sleep.
Terrible customer service and the noise sounds like you’re trying to sleep in a night club.

Great location for exploring Tulum. Easy access to the ruins, food, access to Cultivo for local commute. A little far from the beach but if you are up for 1 hr walk its not bad.
