Everything was great! I was doing the Cabot Trail in early season and were happy they were open, friendly and right by the Tim Hortons! I had a nice stay and the shower head was great. WiFi worked too.

The manager (owner?) was a good guy and the bed was excellent but the rest left much to be desired. Next time we’ll definitely stay somewhere else!

The Inn is very rustic but they have done a few updates. Staff was helpful and nice. The bathroom floor and walls were not super clean and there was a hole in the wall but the room overall was clean. The mattress are a bit soft. Nice few from our deck.

The room we received was in terrible condition. It did have a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. An extremely old motel in need of serious upgrades.

We had booked in to the Baddeck Domes for our stay but they were not finished being built. This was very disappointing for us. The owner made it right by giving us a full refund for the Domes. We then stayed in the Baddeck motel. The room was tiny, there was mold on the curtains, but the beds were clean and comfortable enough. It looks like they may be doing some renovations on the motel. The staff was the best part of the stay.
