In a word: Quality.

The location is beautiful enough. Everything has been thought of. It's very new and clean. You can feel the quality. The staff in charge were very helpful and friendly. They were very helpful with parking the car. The side street is a lively street that continues all the way to the city. Water, coffee, and tea are continuously offered as complimentary refreshments.

The rooms were very nice and clean. We had plenty of space and it was very comfortable and modern. The host was great and very helpful. The location was very nice as there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

The room was so clean and fresh! And the host Antonio was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, and would 100% recommend it if you're staying in Shkoder!

Amazing from start to finish. Antonio was super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for our stay. Easy check in, great size rooms which were comfortable with A/C and WiFi and we had a great nights sleep. Location excellent. Superb coffee.
