Outdoors: Muir Woods, In SF proper: Chinatown, Ghirardelli Square, food: pouco your favorite they likely will have several very good options
I loved it and would love to go back there one day to explore the area further!
I spent 4 days in SF and visited Pier 39, Alcatraz, The Golden Gate Bridge, Lands End Trail, Bake Beach and I would even recommend going to The Cliffhouse restaurant next to Lands End Trail as it has amazing views our to shore, delicious food and great staff
I had an amazing time here! So much culture so close together! If you are planning a trip and need places to go, check out Chinatown, Japan town, pier 39, and little Italy! Best pizza place in the city is Tonys pizza in little Italy. Huge net York style for not a bad price. Also if you want a great view of the Golden Gate Bridge, go to Baker Beach for so great photos but be wary that this is a nude beach so if being children be prepared. The east side is walkable though it’s extremely hilly, make sure you are ready to do some hiking when you come.
