SkyJet Flights

Magnum Air (SKYJET), Inc., operating as SkyJet Airlines, is the Philippines' first boutique leisure airline. Founded in 2005, it started out as an air charter company for travellers looking to visit the province of Batanes. In 2012, SkyJet was granted by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) its air operator's certificate (AOC), allowing the airline to operate commercial scheduled domestic and international routes. On December 14, 2012, SkyJet started operating regular flights to Basco, capital of Batanes. Over the course of the next few months, the airline also began offering flights to Coron, Palawan, Virac, Catanduanes, and Boracay (Caticlan), as well as charter flights for guests of the high-end exclusive membership island club, Balesin Island.

SkyJet flights and fares come with free baggage allowance for hand carry luggage weighing no more than five kilograms and checked-in luggage weighing no more than 10 kilograms.

SkyJet is headquartered in Ninoy Aquino International Airport, also known as Manila International Airport. The airline operates direct flights to Basco Airport in Basco, Batanes; Francisco B. Reyes Airport in Coron, Palawan; Dr. Juan C. Angara Airport in Baler, Aurora; Borongan Airport in Borongan, Eastern Samar; Kalibo International Airport in Kalibo, Aklan; and Godofredo P. Ramos Airport in Malay, Aklan. The latter two airports are the gateways to Boracay, one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Philippines.
